合法騎乘
昆士蘭州電動自行車規定在 2026 年改了，功課我們已經幫你做好。
自 8 月 31 日起，騎士必須持有駕照，車輛也必須符合嚴格標準。以下說明這對你有什麼影響。
每台車都合法上路
我們出租和販售的所有電動自行車都符合昆士蘭州規定：250W 馬達、踏板輔助在 25km/h 時斷電，並依 EN 15194 標準製造。
記得帶駕照
16 歲以上的騎士，在道路及各類通行路徑上騎乘都需要駕照。學習駕照（learner licence）、澳洲其他州駕照及海外駕照都可以。
附安全帽
安全帽是強制配戴的，違者罰款 $518。每次租車都附一頂消毒過的安全帽，戴上就能出發。
鐵道自行車道免駕照
在 Brisbane Valley Rail Trail 等指定休閒區域內，駕照規定不適用。
在網路上買的功率過高或純油門電動自行車，現在只能在私人土地上騎；無照騎乘可能被罰款 $518；在人行道上及經過行人時，速限為 12km/h。以上為白話摘要，不構成法律建議，詳情請見昆士蘭州官方電動自行車規定。

需要駕照嗎？
需要。自 2026 年 8 月 31 日起，昆士蘭州規定 16 歲以上的電動自行車騎士必須持有駕照。學習駕照（learner licence）、澳洲其他州駕照和海外駕照都接受，而 BVRT 等鐵道自行車道不受此規定限制。
押金多少？
