合法骑行
昆士兰州电动自行车规定已于2026年更新。功课我们已经帮你做好了。
自8月31日起，骑行者须持有驾照，车辆也必须符合严格标准。下面告诉你这对你意味着什么。
每辆车都合法上路
我们出租和出售的所有电动自行车都符合昆士兰州规定：250W 电机、踏板助力在 25km/h 时自动断开，并按 EN 15194 标准制造。
记得带驾照
16 岁及以上的骑行者在道路和各类骑行道、人行道上骑行，须持有驾照。学习驾照（learner licence）、外州驾照和海外驾照都认可。
含头盔
头盔必须佩戴，违者罚款 $518。每次租车都配有消毒过的头盔，拿上就能骑。
铁路骑行道不需驾照
在 Brisbane Valley Rail Trail 等指定休闲区域，驾照规定不适用。
网上买的功率超标或纯转把驱动的电动自行车，现在只能在私人场地骑行；无照骑行可能被罚款 $518；在人行道上以及经过行人时，限速 12km/h。以上为通俗概要，并非法律意见——详见昆士兰州官方电动自行车规定。

需要驾照吗？
需要——自2026年8月31日起，昆士兰州规定 16 岁及以上的电动自行车骑行者必须持有驾照。学习驾照（learner licence）、外州驾照和海外驾照都认可，BVRT 等铁路骑行道则不受此规定限制。
押金多少？
在你的卡上冻结 $75 可退还的押金（驾照过期的话会更高）。
