Stop riding on the flat tyre
Continuing to ride can turn a puncture into a damaged tyre, rim or motor cable. Walk the bike, arrange transport or call us before moving it if you are unsure.
Tell us which wheel
Add front or rear, wheel size, make and model, and whether the motor is in that wheel. A quick photo can help us prepare.

The online booking reserves a 30-minute arrival slot. We inspect the tyre and confirm collection timing at the workshop.

Why e-bike flats can take more care
The motor, cable and wheel all matter
Hub-motor wheel
A motor wheel is heavier and may have a power cable, axle hardware and torque washers that must go back in the correct position.
Hidden cause
Glass, wire, a sharp rim edge, worn tyre or incorrect pressure can puncture a new tube again. We look for the cause instead of only inflating it.
Correct pressure afterwards
Use the pressure range printed on the tyre and check it regularly. Rider load, tyre size and conditions affect the right setting.

Should I keep riding with a flat tyre?
No. Stop riding and avoid running the bike on a flat tyre because the tyre, tube, rim or motor cable can be damaged.
How long will it take?
Choose a 30-minute drop-off slot online. We confirm the likely collection time after inspecting the wheel; timing depends on the cause, wheel design and any parts required.
