Our workshop at 5/8 Lambert Road is one minute on foot from Indooroopilly Station. It is a practical drop-off point from Taringa, Toowong, St Lucia and UQ, Chapel Hill, Kenmore, Chelmer, Graceville, Sherwood, Jindalee and Mount Ommaney.
All assessment, repair and collection happens at this Indooroopilly workshop. We do not advertise mobile or at-home repairs.

Is the free first check the same as the $25 electrical check?
No. The free 15-minute first check is an initial look when something feels or sounds wrong: we explain what the bike needs and the cost before further work. The $25 battery and motor check is for not charging, cutting out or reduced range, and covers the battery, charger, motor and wiring. Repair work and replacement parts are agreed separately.
Do you repair e-bikes bought somewhere else?
Yes. Leon Cycle lists Brisbane Bike Rental as an NCM partner dealer, and we also assess other compatible rear-hub e-bikes. Send the make, model and a photo of the bike or fault when you book so we can confirm whether we can help before you travel to the workshop.
Do you repair e-bike batteries?
We diagnose the problem before promising a battery repair. Our $25 battery and motor check covers battery health, wiring and electrical diagnosis. After inspection, we explain whether we can complete the repair, source a suitable NCM part or whether specialist battery work is required. We do not begin extra work without your approval.
What should I bring to an e-bike service?
Bring the complete bike, its battery and key, and the charger if the problem involves charging, range or electrical power. Include the make, model and symptoms in the booking so the workshop can prepare for the assessment.
Can you service my e-bike brand?
Leon Cycle lists Brisbane Bike Rental as an NCM partner dealer, and we assess other compatible rear-hub e-bikes. Mechanical jobs such as tyres, brakes, gears, chains and wheels can often be completed on many bicycle and e-bike brands. Proprietary mid-drive electronics and sealed battery repairs are assessed case by case. If you are unsure, send the make, model and a photo before travelling.
How long will my repair take?
Book a 30-minute drop-off slot online. This reserves your arrival time, not a promise that the repair will be finished in 30 minutes. Simple adjustments and punctures may be quick; electrical faults and jobs waiting on parts take longer. After inspection, we confirm what is needed, the cost and the expected collection timing before doing additional work.
