18-week contract — our lowest weekly price. Ending a contract early? The weeks you ride stay at your contract rate, one extra week’s rent is charged as an early-exit fee, and the security deposit is kept.

The maths at the minimum: since 17 Aug 2026, delivery platforms must pay at least $31.30 per hour of engaged time on a bicycle or e-bike. A Food delivery e-bike by the week (from 3 weeks), a Premium EMTB by the week or the day, a Segway or a pedal bike — pick the plan that matches how you'll actually ride.
A driver licence (Australian or overseas) or a passport, plus the card you’ll use for your weekly payments. The hirer must be 18 or over.

Ride legal
Since 31 August, bikes must meet strict standards and the rules on paths are tighter. Here’s what that means for you.
All the e-bikes we hire and sell meet Queensland's rules: 250W motor, pedal-assist that cuts out at 25km/h, and built to the EN 15194 standard.
From 31 Aug 2026 you need a driver licence (a learner licence counts) to ride an e-bike in Queensland, aged 16+. To hire, bring a licence or passport; the hirer must be 18+.
Helmets are compulsory and the fine is $518. Every hire comes with a sanitised helmet, ready to go.
Pedal-assist stops at 25km/h. Keep to 12km/h on footpaths and when passing pedestrians, and follow Queensland’s footpath and road rules.
Overpowered or throttle-only e-bikes bought online can now only be ridden on private property, helmets are compulsory, there’s a 12km/h limit on footpaths and when passing pedestrians, random breath tests apply (0.05), and fines for no helmet, a passenger or careless riding are $518.
