The free app for Brisbane’s delivery riders
Check you’re paid fairly, know when tonight will be busy, find rest stops, track student-visa hours and see the moment your rent is covered. Plus help in one tap, repairs and your hire — all in one place.
Free for every rider, renting with us or notNo password — just your email
Your rent pays for itself.
Our $42.80 a week 18-week plan costs less than 1.5 hours of paid delivery time at the Fair Work minimum of $31.30 per engaged hour on an e-bike. The Rent covered bar shows you exactly when you get there each week.
Source: Fair Work, minimum standards for delivery riders (17 Aug 2026). General information, not a promise of earnings — what you earn depends on your hours and orders.
Everything in the app
Built with riders, for every shift
Phone screens below are illustrative, with example numbers — not real rider data.
Earn smarter
Know what you really make, and when the bike has paid for itself.
- Start shift & Rent covered New
Tap Start when you head out and End when you finish. A bar fills as you earn, and tells you the moment this week’s rent is covered — everything after that is yours.
- Fair Pay Check New
Since 17 Aug 2026, delivery platforms must pay at least $31.30 per hour of engaged time on a bicycle or e-bike, topped up over earnings periods of up to 21 days. Fair Pay Check compares each app’s pay with that minimum and, if you may be short, gives you a message to send the platform. Fair Work source.
- Earnings tracker
Log Uber Eats, DoorDash, Menulog and other pay in seconds. See your hourly rate, what is left after the bike, and your last 8 weeks.
- Streaks & “Your week” New
Keep your streak going and get a Monday recap of last week: hours, pay and how fast your rent was covered.
Plan your shift
Head out when it’s worth it, and never get stuck.
- Busy tonight New
Forecasts built from events, rain and riders’ average $/hour by day (shown only when enough riders logged it — nobody’s own pay is ever shown). Optional alert, at most once a day.
- Rest stops New
A map of toilets, drinking water, shade and charging spots, so a long shift is a little easier.
- Battery coach New
Tap your battery level to see roughly how many km and deliveries are left, with safe-charging tips and when to charge before a dinner shift.
- Help button + van
Flat battery, puncture, crash or stolen bike? Press Help and we see where you are and call you back. Van call-out: $89 breakdown, $160 delivery + collection.

Questions
Rider app FAQ
Is the rider app really free?
Yes. There is nothing to pay and nothing to subscribe to. It is a web app: open brisbanebikerental.com.au/app, type your email and add it to your home screen — no app store needed.
Do I need to rent a bike from you to use it?
No. Most tools are free for every rider in Brisbane, renting with us or not. A few are for riders with a bike on hire: Rent covered, paying rent, rider-level perks, the free daily coffee and the monthly free-week draw.
How do I put it on my iPhone?
Open brisbanebikerental.com.au/app in Safari, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen. It then opens like any other app.
How do I install it on Android?
Open brisbanebikerental.com.au/app in Chrome and tap Install app, or open the ⋮ menu and choose Add to Home screen.
Can the shop see my earnings or my visa hours?
No. Your earnings and hours are private to you — the shop cannot see them. Study Hours Guard is kept on your phone only. Busy tonight uses riders’ averages only when at least five riders logged a day, so nobody’s own pay is ever shown.
What is Fair Pay Check?
It compares what each delivery app paid you with the Fair Work minimum for on-demand food delivery: $31.30 per hour of engaged time on a bicycle or e-bike since 17 August 2026 (+$0.50 from 1 January 2027). It is general information, not legal advice — see the Fair Work website for the official rules.
Is Study Hours Guard visa advice?
No. It is a private tracker to help you keep an eye on condition 8105 (48 hours per fortnight while your course is in session, all paid work combined). It is general information, not advice — always check the Department of Home Affairs website.
Which languages does the app speak?
English, 简体中文, 繁體中文, 日本語, 한국어, Español, Português, Français, Deutsch and Italiano.
What does the Help button cost?
Pressing Help is free. If you need the van: $89 for a breakdown call-out, or $160 for delivery and collection.
Legal, visa and tax content in the app is general information, not advice. Official sources: Fair Work, Home Affairs, Queensland Government, ATO.
