Five things to notice while you ride
- Start and stop. Check step-over clearance, balance and foot confidence.
- Ride slowly. Feel whether motor assistance arrives smoothly without a sudden surge.
- Try a genuine incline. Brisbane hills expose gearing and assistance better than a flat showroom.
- Brake progressively. Check lever reach, control and confidence.
- Walk and park it. Make sure you can manage the weight around your home, lift or storage area.

- Every powered rider must be 16+ and hold a valid driver licence; the person buying must also meet Queensland’s age rules.

Can I walk in without booking?
You can visit during opening hours, but contacting us first is better. We can confirm your preferred model and size are available and prepare the bike before you arrive.
Do I have to buy after the test ride?
No. The purpose is to find out whether the bike fits your real needs. You can compare models, rent first or decide not to buy.
Can I rent before deciding?
Yes. Under the current rent-then-buy offer, 50% of eligible rent comes off the purchase price, capped at $250, if you buy an e-bike from us within four weeks of starting the eligible hire. This is not finance or a rent-to-own ownership contract.
Where does the test ride happen?
At our only workshop, 5/8 Lambert Road, Indooroopilly. We do not claim a CBD or Gold Coast branch.
