Service timing
When should you book?
Delivery riders: monthly
High weekly kilometres, frequent stops and all-weather riding put more load on brakes, tyres, drivetrain and electrical connections.
Regular riders: every 3–6 months
Book based on how often and where you ride. Hills, rain, dirt and heavy loads can shorten the interval.
Book sooner when something changes
New noise, weak braking, rough shifting, reduced range, intermittent power or loose parts should be checked rather than waiting for the next interval.
A single fault instead?
Choose the smaller job when that is all you need
A $125 service is for whole-bike maintenance. For a flat tyre, brake problem or battery-and-motor diagnosis, use the focused service so you do not book more work than necessary.

How much does an e-bike service cost in Brisbane?
Our e-bike service is $125. It combines the work in the Standard mechanical service with battery health and wiring checks, electrical fault diagnosis and a detailed motor clean.
How often should I service my e-bike?
We recommend monthly servicing for delivery riders and every three to six months for other riders. Book sooner if the bike develops a new noise, weak braking, rough shifting, reduced range or intermittent power.
Are replacement parts included?
The $125 price covers the listed service and checks. If parts or separate repairs are needed, we explain the additional cost before proceeding.
How long will the service take?
The service uses a 90-minute workshop slot, but collection timing depends on the bike's condition and whether it needs parts or additional work. We confirm timing after assessing it.

5/8 Lambert Road, Indooroopilly QLD 4068, about one minute on foot from Indooroopilly Station. We are open Monday to Friday 10am–4pm and Saturday 10am–2pm, excluding Queensland public holidays.
