You must be 18 or over to hire. Bring a driver licence (Australian or overseas) or a passport, and the debit or credit card you will use for weekly payments.
Bring the bike to our Indooroopilly workshop. Labour for wear and tear is free for the whole hire, including punctures, brakes, gears and servicing. You only pay for some parts: $28 for a puncture tube, $35 for a set of brake pads, or $75 if a chain is broken. Damage and misuse are charged at workshop prices.
Our delivery e-bikes have long-range batteries that you charge overnight at home. For long double shifts, add a second battery for $20 a week and swap it halfway.
Yes. Every bike is 250 W with pedal assist to 25 km/h and built to the EN 15194 standard, so it is road-legal under Queensland's 2026 e-bike rules. Wear a helmet, and ride at up to 12 km/h on footpaths.
