Our workshop is about 4 km from the UQ St Lucia campus, roughly 15 minutes on an e-bike. Ride to lectures, ride shifts in between, and drop in for free wear-and-tear repairs on the way home.

About 4 km, ~15 minutes
From 5/8 Lambert Road, ride east through Taringa on quieter back streets and in along Sir Fred Schonell Drive to the campus. Hilly in parts: let the motor do the work.
Train + short ride
Indooroopilly Station is a minute from the shop. Taringa and Toowong stations are the closest to campus on the same line.
Across the river
The Eleanor Schonell (Green) Bridge links UQ to Dutton Park for walkers, bikes and buses: a fast way towards the south side without traffic.

About 4 km. The shop is at 5/8 Lambert Road, Indooroopilly, roughly 15 minutes from the St Lucia campus by e-bike via Taringa, or one minute's walk from Indooroopilly Station.
Is the deposit lower for UQ students?
International and local students pay the standard $75 refundable deposit. The $500 deposit only applies on a Working Holiday or Tourist visa.
Can I ride an e-bike on the UQ campus?
Yes, on roads and shared paths, following campus signage. Queensland's rules apply: helmet on, and no more than 12 km/h on footpaths and when passing pedestrians.
