They book a bike, then add your code in their app under “Got a code from a friend?”

When they pick up and pay their first week, $25 comes off your next weekly payment — automatically.

The fine print, in plain English
- $25 for every friend who rides with us, as a credit off your next weekly rent payment.
- It counts once your friend has picked up their bike and paid real rent — not just booked.
- Codes are for new riders: your friend adds it in their app within 14 days of their first hire starting.
- You can’t use your own code, and each new rider can add one friend’s code.
- Questions? Ask us at the shop or on WhatsApp. Our rental terms apply to every hire.
How much do I get?
$25 off your next weekly payment for every friend who rides with us.
When does the $25 arrive?
Once your friend has picked up their bike and paid their first week’s rent. The $25 then comes off your next weekly payment, and the app shows the new amount.
Where do I find my code?
In the free rider app, under Refer a mate. Codes look like SAM-4KQ and are easy to read out loud.
My friend already booked. Can they still add my code?
Yes, if they add it soon: codes are for new riders and can be added in their app within 14 days of their first hire starting.
